포포랩스(PopoLabs)(이하 "운영자")는 이용자가 언제든지 자신의 계정과 개인정보를 삭제할 수 있도록 안내합니다. 본 안내는 폐쇄형 그룹 학습 메신저 서비스 유키(U-KEY)(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.
1. 앱 내에서 직접 삭제하기 (가장 빠른 방법)
이용자는 별도의 요청 없이 앱 안에서 직접 계정과 개인정보를 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 유키 앱 > 설정 > 회원탈퇴 메뉴로 이동합니다.
- 안내에 따라 본인 확인 후 회원탈퇴를 진행합니다.
- 탈퇴가 완료되면 계정과 개인정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 방법이 가장 빠릅니다.
2. 이메일로 요청하는 방법
앱에 접속하기 어려운 경우 아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
본인 확인을 위해 가입 정보와 요청 정보가 일치하는지 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.
3. 삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 식별 정보(이메일, 로그인 인증 정보 등)
- 프로필 정보(아이디(핸들), 표시 이름, 프로필 사진)
- 학습방(그룹) 멤버십 정보
- 저장(오답노트) 기록, 읽음 기록 등 이용 기록
- 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠(문제·풀이·메시지)는 다른 이용자의 학습 연속성을 위해 작성자 정보가 분리(익명화)된 상태로 보존될 수 있습니다.
4. 보관될 수 있는 데이터
법령 준수, 분쟁 대응, 환불·정산 등을 위해 아래 정보는 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- App Store·Google Play를 통한 결제·구독 내역
- 구독 관리 사업자(RevenueCat)를 통해 처리되는 구매 상태·영수증 기록
- 관련 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록
5. 처리 기간
이메일 요청의 경우, 운영자는 본인 확인이 완료된 날로부터 30일 이내에 계정 삭제를 처리합니다.

Account and Data Deletion

PopoLabs (the "Operator") lets you delete your account and personal information at any time. This guide applies to U-KEY, a private group study-messenger service (the "Service").
1. Delete Directly in the App (Fastest Method)
You can delete your account and personal information instantly within the app, with no separate request needed.
- Go to U-KEY app > Settings > Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity as prompted, then proceed with account deletion.
- Once completed, your account and personal information are deleted immediately. This is the fastest method.
2. Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.
Subject: U-KEY Account Deletion Request
Body: Please include the login email you signed up with and your in-app handle (user ID).
We process the request after verifying that your account details match the information provided.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account identifiers (email, login authentication data, etc.)
- Profile information (handle, display name, profile photo)
- Study room (group) membership
- Usage records such as saved (review-note) records and read status
- Content you created (questions, solutions, messages) may be retained in an author-anonymized form to preserve learning continuity for other members.
4. Data That May Be Retained
The following may be retained for a certain period for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and refunds/settlement.
- Payment and subscription history through the App Store and Google Play
- Purchase status and receipt records processed through the subscription-management provider (RevenueCat)
- Records that must be retained under applicable law

For email requests, the Operator completes account deletion within 30 days of identity verification.

ポポラボ（PopoLabs）（以下「運営者」）は、利用者がいつでもご自身のアカウントと個人情報を削除できるよう、その方法をご案内します。本案内は、非公開グループ学習メッセンジャーサービス U-KEY（ユーキー）（以下「本サービス」）に適用されます。
1. アプリ内で直接削除する（最も早い方法）
利用者は、別途の請求を行うことなく、アプリ内でご自身のアカウントと個人情報をすぐに削除できます。
- U-KEYアプリ ＞ 設定 ＞ 退会メニューに移動します。
- 案内に従って本人確認を行い、退会手続きを進めます。
- 退会が完了すると、アカウントと個人情報はただちに削除されます。この方法が最も早く処理されます。
2. メールで請求する方法
アプリにアクセスできない場合は、以下のメールアドレスにアカウント削除をご請求いただけます。
本人確認のため、登録情報とご請求内容が一致することを確認したうえで処理します。
3. 削除されるデータ
- アカウント識別情報（メールアドレス、ログイン認証情報など）
- プロフィール情報（ID（ハンドル）、表示名、プロフィール写真）
- 学習ルーム（グループ）のメンバーシップ情報
- 保存（復習ノート）記録、既読記録などの利用記録
- 利用者が作成したコンテンツ（問題・解答・メッセージ）は、他の利用者の学習の継続性のために、作成者情報を分離（匿名化）した状態で保存される場合があります。
4. 保管される場合があるデータ
法令の遵守、紛争への対応、返金・精算などのため、以下の情報は一定期間保管される場合があります。
- App Store・Google Play を通じた決済・サブスクリプション履歴
- 購読管理事業者（RevenueCat）を通じて処理される購入状態・レシート記録
- 関連法令上、保管義務のある記録
5. 処理期間
メールによる請求の場合、運営者は本人確認が完了した日から30日以内にアカウント削除を処理します。
